Ambassador Program

Code of Conduct

Last updated: March 29, 2026

As a Transition Ambassador, you represent our brand, our values, and our community. We are on a mission to make world-class triathlon coaching accessible to every athlete, and our ambassadors play a critical role in bringing that mission to life. This Code of Conduct sets the expectations for how we work together.

This is a two-way commitment. If Transition fails to uphold these same values, ambassadors may terminate the partnership at any time.

1. General Conduct

Be an exemplary role model

As a Transition Ambassador, you represent our mission to inspire, support, and empower triathletes of all abilities. Conduct yourself in a way that positively reflects the Transition community both online and in person.

Zero tolerance for discrimination

Racist, sexist, homophobic, or any other discriminatory, harmful, or offensive behavior is not tolerated and has no place in our community or sport. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the ambassador program.

Community responsibility

Actively foster positive, inclusive environments. If you witness behavior that falls below these standards within the Transition community, please report it to your ambassador manager.

2. Community Events

When hosting or attending events on behalf of Transition:

  • Create a welcoming environment for athletes of all levels and backgrounds
  • Treat all participants, volunteers, and spectators with respect
  • Be considerate when creating content — prioritize the experience of those around you
  • Follow all venue rules and local regulations

3. Race Conduct

When racing as a Transition Ambassador:

  • Follow all race rules, guidelines, and instructions from officials
  • Treat fellow competitors, supporters, and volunteers with respect and sportsmanship
  • If filming or creating content during a race, comply with race organizer media policies and do not disrupt other participants
  • Never cut the course, draft illegally, or engage in any form of cheating

4. Health & Safety

Promote a healthy, balanced approach to triathlon training:

  • Do not promote overtraining, training through injury, or unsafe practices
  • Encourage proper warm-ups, cool-downs, hydration, nutrition, and rest
  • Advocate for a balanced race calendar that supports long-term athlete health
  • Transition provides AI-generated training plans and coaching — always remind your audience that this is not a substitute for medical advice, and athletes should consult healthcare professionals for injuries or health concerns

5. Content Creation & Disclosure

Authenticity

Share your genuine experience with Transition. Honest, authentic content builds trust with your audience and ours. Do not make exaggerated or misleading claims about the app or its capabilities.

Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliation with Transition in all promotional content, in compliance with FTC guidelines (US) or equivalent regulations in your country. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Social media posts and stories
  • Blog articles and newsletters
  • Podcast or video mentions
  • Any content where you recommend or promote Transition

Acceptable disclosures include: #ad, #sponsored, #TransitionPartner, or a clear statement such as “I’m a Transition Ambassador.”

Brand guidelines

Use Transition branding, logos, and marketing assets only as provided by your ambassador manager. Do not alter logos, create unauthorized merchandise, or misrepresent your role within the company.

6. Referrals & Promotion

  • Promote Transition authentically through your own channels and community
  • Do not use spam, misleading ads, or deceptive tactics to drive sign-ups
  • Do not run paid advertising campaigns using the Transition brand name without prior written approval
  • Do not list referral codes or links on coupon aggregator or cashback websites
  • Commission structures and referral terms are confidential and should not be shared publicly

7. Confidentiality

As an ambassador, you may receive early access to features, internal roadmap information, or other confidential details. Do not share this information publicly unless explicitly authorized by the Transition team.

8. Intellectual Property

Content you create as a Transition Ambassador remains your intellectual property. However, by participating in the program, you grant Transition a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, repost, and use your Transition-related content across our marketing channels, with appropriate credit.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the ambassador partnership at any time for any reason with written notice. Transition reserves the right to immediately terminate an ambassador relationship for:

  • Violation of this Code of Conduct
  • Discriminatory or harmful behavior
  • Fraudulent referral activity
  • Actions that damage the Transition brand or community
  • Any illegal activity

Upon termination, all ambassador benefits, referral links, and promotional codes will be deactivated. Any outstanding earned commissions will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.

10. Changes to This Code

Transition may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. Ambassadors will be notified of material changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
