You add athletes to your roster, set their goals and race dates, and Transition AI generates fully periodized training plans. You can override any workout, add notes, and the AI handles adaptation when athletes miss sessions or need adjustments.
Can I still customize my athletes' plans?
Absolutely. AI generates the structure, but you have full control. Edit any workout, swap sessions, adjust intensity — the AI adapts around your changes. Think of it as a tireless assistant coach that handles the grunt work.
Is there a minimum number of athletes?
No minimums. Start with 1 athlete or 100. Pricing is per athlete, so you only pay for your active roster.
How is this different from TrainingPeaks?
